Customers can Exchange or Return the order within 24 hours from the date of order. Full Refund will be credited to your bank account in 5-7 days.

Text us details on WhatsApp. Rider will come to pick it up first and if it passes quality checks at our warehouse new product will be sent immediately.

Please don’t send used products. Read below T&C for sending used products back.

• Feel free to try on your product, but it must remain unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• If a Seal Tag is attached to the product, please ensure it remains intact to be eligible for return/exchange.

• Returns/exchanges are not available for one-size items or non-clothing items such as earrings, chains, caps, and accessories.

• Defective product complaints must be reported within 60 minutes of delivery.

• Any coupon code used during purchase will be null and void in case of return.

• If a return/exchange fails quality checks, additional delivery charges (₹100–₹300) will apply.

• Payment must be made within 3 days; otherwise, the item will be discarded due to limited warehouse space.

• Delivery/shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
